These terms apply when you buy from JW Shop. Nothing in them limits your legal rights.

JW Shop is run by JW GROUP LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, number 12544456.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we email you to confirm the order.

If we can't supply an item, we tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds. The total at checkout includes delivery, and it is the amount you pay. No VAT is charged.

We take cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stripe handles the payment and we never see your card number.

Delivery

We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only. We can't deliver to Northern Ireland yet. Prices and times are on our delivery page.

An item is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel until 14 days after delivery. For a download, the 14 days start the day after you order. How to do it is on our returns page.

Downloads

Downloads are sold to UK billing addresses only. A download is ready once your payment has gone through and we have emailed your confirmation. At checkout you agree it can start straight away, and once it starts you can't cancel it. A faulty file is always replaced.

You can download each item 5 times within 30 days of your confirmation email.

A download is for your own use.

If something is wrong

If an item or a download is faulty, tell us and we put it right. Your rights are on our returns page.

Reviews

Reviews follow our review policy.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown when you placed it.
