Review policy
Every review on JW Shop is from someone who bought the item.
Who can review
Only people who bought and paid for an item can review it, once for each item bought. You write a review from your order page or your account.
Our staff, and the people who supply a product, can't review it.
How we check reviews
We read every review before it is published. A review waiting to be checked does not count towards a rating.
We only turn a review down for one of these reasons:
- Not a genuine experience of the product
- Not about the product
- Offensive or unlawful content
- Contains personal information
- Written for an incentive that is not disclosed
- Spam or advertising
- Duplicate of another review
We never turn down or remove a review because it is negative. A review we do not publish is deleted after 90 days.
How ratings work
A product's rating is the average of its published reviews, from 1 to 5 stars. It changes each time a review is published or removed.
Every review shows Verified buyer. If we reply, the reply is marked JW Shop replied.
